Data controller
LoveDesignBuildRepeat ("LDBR", "we", "us") is an interior design and architecture studio based in Barcelona, Spain. As data controller we are responsible for the processing of your personal data described in this policy. Contact: off@lovedesign.build.
What data we collect
Contact form: name, email address, phone number, and project description — provided voluntarily by you. Analytics: anonymised usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate country) collected via Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled. Cookies: a small number of technical and analytics cookies, described in Section 05 below.
Legal basis for processing
Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) given when you submit the form. We may also process it under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) to respond to your enquiry and prepare a project proposal. Analytics cookies are set only after you grant explicit consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)).
How we use your data
To respond to your enquiry and prepare project proposals. To improve our website based on aggregated usage patterns. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking
Essential cookies: required for core site functionality (session, language preference). No consent needed. Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation — set only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies or using your browser settings. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
International data transfers
Google Analytics data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States. This transfer is governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Google's Standard Contractual Clauses. No other personal data is transferred outside the EEA.
Data retention
Contact form submissions: retained for 24 months, then permanently deleted. Analytics data: anonymised and aggregated; individual-level data is automatically deleted by Google after 14 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Third-party processors
Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — website usage analytics. Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — website hosting and server infrastructure. No other third parties receive your personal data.
Your rights under GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. To exercise any of these rights, email off@lovedesign.build. We will respond within 30 days.
Supervisory authority
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — AEPD) at www.aepd.es, or with the supervisory authority in your EU member state of residence.
Children
Our services are not directed at individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in legislation or our practices. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
